Norwich Open Christmas Returns to The King’s Centre for 2025 Celebration
20.08.2025
Norwich Open Christmas is delighted to confirm that The King’s Centre in Norwich will once again host this year’s Christmas Day celebration.
Now in its 35th year, Norwich Open Christmas offers a warm, welcoming space for anyone who is alone, homeless or in need on Christmas Day. Guests are invited to enjoy a hot meal, festive entertainment, and access to donated food and clothing. Transport to and from the event is also provided.
Traditionally held at St Andrews Hall, the event moved to The King’s Centre in 2024 due to ongoing renovations at The Halls. Following the success of last year’s celebration, organisers are thrilled to return to The King’s Centre for 2025.
Bill Ashton, Chairman of Norwich Open Christmas, said:
“We’re very pleased to be returning to The King’s Centre for Norwich Open Christmas 2025. Last year’s event was a fantastic success despite the change in venue, and it was all thanks to the incredible volunteers and the warm welcome we received from The King’s Centre team. “This celebration is a lifeline for many in Norwich and surrounding areas. Our focus remains on creating a festive, safe and inclusive space where everyone can enjoy Christmas Day.”
Applications to become a volunteer for this year’s event will be open very soon. From helping in the kitchen to supporting guests on the day, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference.
